it's only my 7th day at work and i already saw ugly sides of colleagues.
1. lady who bad-mouth others. she was telling me how other colleagues behave, and she thinks they're weird. so maybe one fine day she'll tell others how bad i am. DAMN IT.
2. lady who appear nice during lunch breaks and even during work cos she's willing to teach me. however she told 1st lady that im not willing to learn. HELLO?! am i given the chance to learn?!
3. man who is not willing to teach. boss put me under this man who is weird (yes, very very weird) and apparently that man doesn't want to teach me. or rather, he doesn't want to let me try.
this is the flow of my duties:
case note comes in, record the necessary details on the log book
enter the patient's info into the machine
call for patient and explain procedure.
conduct test and print out results.
HEY! this is simple job you know, but now im only stuck to recording details on the log book. that weird man doesn't let me conduct test during morning crowd, cos it's super busy. like that i understand. but he doesn't even let me try during the afternoon, when there are not many patients!
i receive the casenote, i recorded the details, i keyed in patient's info into the machine and there he comes to tell me he'll do it. like that where got chance to learn?!?!!??!?!
argh.
i swear i will do a better job than him and leave that bloody room. BOO!
anyway, back to the ugly people part,
4. fat lady who thinks she's senior so she's a big fuck. she give me that kind of yaya face and give me attitude.
she: when you record down details in logbook, you must check the those papers that have the sticker you know. don't assume they are correct and belong to the patient.
WAH LAO. she super stress on the word don't assume lor.
fat ass.
and just becos she's a senior, does it mean she can let the patient do the test and there she is surfing net?!!?!?!?!?!? NB!
