i think my temper is getting from bad to worse.
i keep on gin-ing customers with nasty attitudes.
the most BIRD customer i've ever met:
i was taking order from this table of four.
and this stupid lady was the one ordering la.
so her friend suggested having curry fish head.
then there was this silence.
me: actually we are quite famous for the curry.... (i haven't finish talking)
she: EEE. i tried the fish head here. not nice. the fish head not fresh.

so you are super unlucky to get the not fresh one and then you start making assumptions that ALL the fish heads are not fresh?

i wanted to clear the table, and she asked me for the bill.
so i walked to the counter and print the receipt for her.
then she told me it's her friend's birthday
(she can get a 20% off)
so i said she can get a 20% off.
she looked at me, and i looked at her.
normally the person will just place her card, i go back to the cashier to give her the 20% discount and straight away swipe the card.
so i asked her if she's paying by cash or card.
her reaction is, CARD LA!
as if she's the only one with credit card in this whole wide world.
so i asked her if she wants to let me have her card, and i swipe after i give the 20% discount.
she say she wanna check again after i give her the discount.

i can't stop rolling my eyes and gin-ing her okay. how i wish i could pull her hair and pour boiling water. she's really those irritating sort lor. i don't understand why her boyfriend can tolerate this kind of personality.
